There was talk earlier this week of the Government getting rid of Impact Assessments, I think this is covered under the EA 2010, but would not have a direct impact on the individual if removed.Asbo wrote:

There is a scheduled amendment to the Equality Act, but it has nothing to do with disability law, but part of the measures surrounding the legalisation of gay marriage.
Guardian 11 December 2012[Maria Miller promised to ..] amend the Equality Act 2010 to reflect that no discrimination claims can be brought against religious organisations or individual ministers for refusing to marry a same-sex couple.

Also, does one have to be told in writing that the cont. based esa is being stopped as your year is up (in the wrag ), or is it automatically stopped ?
