Hi all, i made a new claim for ESA after losing my first appeal. Being disallowed ESA and appealing took 11 months in total,so i discovered from someone on this forum that i could claim anew as 6 months had elapsed since my first claim. New claim was dated 11th October, so i have now been claiming for 8 weeks. 2 weeks ago, when my claim was 6 weeks old, i was contacted by the Social Security and asked if i could come for a medical assessment. I wasn't able to go on the date they offered so they advised me that they would call back. Should i not be entitled to claim for at least 13 weeks before i have to attend an assessment/medical? Any help gratefully received. Thank you.
