hello all if a person is in receipt of ESA support group then is joined by their partner in the home whom they are married to yet their partner is subject to immigration control can the partner who is subject to immigration be excluded from the couples rate so the claim continues as a single person ?
I have allowed your post, with the proviso that on of the other mod's will lock it if they feel it is apropriate to do so.
Unfortunately, this query is beyond our remit and you should obtain face-to-face advice from someone who knows the ins and outs of immigration and access to public funds.
