What to send for my Oral hearing? was created by sandra
Hi. I received my letter on Friday to ask if I still wanted an aural appeal or have it held in my absence. Today I received all the information for DWP The decision maker, states that my first letter of appeal, which was sent before I even saw the medical report from Atos is the one which must hold most weight as I should have gone into more detail in the first letter, but I could only go into more detail after I read the medical report. As for incorrect name of illness, the decision maker has said its a spelling mistake, but its not its a completly different illness.
Can you tell me if the DWP will send the same papers to the tribunal? and have I got to send them everything that the DWP has sent to me as well?
Ps I did make a complaint to Atos and they are still investigating it.

The pack you have received should be what has been sent to the Tribunal Service, you should only need to send information that is not contained within it.
