I am afraid your options are very limited.
Contribution Based ESA is now only payable for 365 days for members of the WRAG, you will not qualify for Income Related ESA if your husband works more than 24 hours a week.
You cannot make a new claim for ESA(CB) as having been transferred from IB, you will not have any NI Contributions in the necessary years.
The rules for JSA are substantially the same as ESA.
Although payments have stopped you are still eligible for ESA and will receive NI Credits, which count towards a full State Pension. Also, if at any time in the future, you are placed in the Support Group, then your payments will be re-instated.
So, have you looked at whether you meet the criteria for the SG, also, have you looked at whether you could make a claim for DLA?
Qualifying for the Support Group

Just to re-iterate my previous post, you remain eligible for ESA, just not entitled to payment, so they will look at your ESA50 and make a new Decision on your claim.Thank you Gordon for replying so quickly. I did fill in an ESA50 which I sent to ATOS in November but have received no reply from them. As my payments have stopped will they still be looking at my ESA50 or does it mean my ESA has finished completely? Very confusing. Thank you.

I too will be in the same position when my CB ESA runs out in February, and honestly don't know what to do.
What I can't work out is, why is would be worth filling in forms, attending medicals to remain in the WRAG but not get any money, only NI credits.

There are two issues that may influence a claimants decisions in regard to continuing to be re-assessed.Hi Greaty,
I too will be in the same position when my CB ESA runs out in February, and honestly don't know what to do.
What I can't work out is, why is would be worth filling in forms, attending medicals to remain in the WRAG but not get any money, only NI credits.
First, NI Credits count towards someone achieving a Full State Pension.
Secondly, whilst you remain eligible for ESA, if at any time you meet the requirements for the Support Group, then your ESA(CB) payments will be re-instated.
Of course, if you have already accrued sufficient NICs for a full pension and you do not anticipate qualifying for the SG, then the effort may be misplaced.
