Was just wondering if we're any further forward on a timescale when SDA will be transfered? i think i read that IB will be done first and SDA will be the last to be moved over. Is this still accurate? or has anyone on SDA been called up yet?
Just i am in receipt of SDA and i'm anxious to know when i'll be called. In the meantime i'm just happy to study this site and learn as much as i can.
Thanks

Hi a,
Welcome to the forum.

Thanks for your complimentry comments regarding B&W.
Initially, they did state that PCA Exempt IB recipients would be transferred first, other IB recipients would be migrated on there usual IB review date and SDA recipients would be migrated last.
They have not adhered to these guidelines and seem to be migrating people willy nilly.
So there is no way of knowing when you will be migrated, the only definate is that it should be between now and Spring 2014, see : Who will be transferred? and When will I be transferred?
The best thing that you can do in the interim, would be to read all our : ESA Guides , our IB, IS, SDA, Migration to ESA FAQ’s and our ESA FAQ’s
You could even start filling in the ESA50 now, by : Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire , and referring to the appropriate Claim Guide, 3rd and 4th link down this page : ESA Guides to give yourself a head start.
Please return to this thread if you have any further queries.

If i get put into the Work Related Group, i understand i will have to attend work related interviews and if i dont attend my benefits could be cut by 50% then 100%
How does this work if i've got agoraphobia and struggle to leave house? Also if after getting desicion and i appeal that i should be in support group, am i still expected to attend these interviews or is it put on hold untill my appeal is heard?
I am confident i will be put in support group after reading through everything in here, and will appeal if not, but will i still be expected to attend work based interviews while appeal is placed?
Obviously this all hypothetical, but just want to prepare for every possible scenarion and know what my rights are?
Thanks
