ESA Length of award

This would appear to be giving him just 6 months award, even though the HCP suggested he would not be able to be return to work for 2 years.

Unfortunately, the re-assessment date does not form part of the Decision, so the DWP are entitled to carry out a re-assessment any time more than three months after the previous Decision.
