Support Group It Is

You may remeber I told the forum I had provisionally been awarded ESA in the Support Goup with no medical earlier this week, following a phone call from the DWP. As promied the letter materialised today basically confirming that I am in the Support Group, which is obviously a huge relief.
However I would like to have some idea of how Atos and the DWP reached their decision and so would like to request whichever forms are relevant. I know I can request the ESA85, are there any others I should ask for? I don't know the length of the award from the letter, however I was told over the phone it was 12 months. Will this also be on the relevant paperwork I request?
Once again a very big thank you to all at B&W for all their help support over the last 5 months. It has been an extremely stressful time but the help and sense of comradeship I have experienced has made it more bearable. This award is more than I could have hoped for and it shows that it can be done. With luck it will give hope and encouragement to the other members who are going through this horrible process. Thanks so much

ESA medical – what forms to ask for?
There may also be an ESA72, we are still unclear as to when this is produced.
If there is an ESA72 then this should include a re-assessment date, failing that, then the prognosis on the ESA85A should give you an idea. As always, the DWP can assess you earlier or later at their discretion.
