Changing assessment appointment was created by willerby
On my ESA50 form I stated that I would not be available between 2 specific dates. My appointment was made for the middle of these "unavailable" dates so I had to change it and asked for an afternoon appoinment.
My new appointment arrived for 10am !!
I have read that you can only change your appointment once, is this correct?.

Yes w,

As far as we are aware, you are only allowed to rearrange once.

Have a look at this topic, which is an indication of the possible problems that may ensue in rearranging a face to face assessment :

You could of course recontact ATOS : E-Mail : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , to enquire whether a later appointment was available.
