This afternoon we'll be publishing guides to the changed WCA as it applies to people who are completing - or have already completed - the old form but not had a decision before 28 January.

Any further developments re the above post from steve ?

Hi M,

You could keep reviewing our : ESA Claims Guides , to see whether they have been updated.

As you may know Steve has recently had procedures carried out in Hospital, and is still recovering.

I am sure he will make the forum aware, when the updated guides are published.

Steve has posted updated guides with regard to the Regulation changes that came into force today, see the ESA section of the Members area. Because the ESA50 has also been updated and there are changes to the way that information is laid out in the new form he is not expecting to have fully updated Claim guides until the end of the week.
