It was with the help of the previous B&W packs that i was able to fill in the old esa50 and understand what each question required in answer.
Also at my previous medical the doctor stated that I should have requested a home visit, would it be adviseable to put this on the form?
many thank

hassled mum wrote: Hello all, It has been a lovely 10 months of no dwp hassle I could focus on the medical problems until Saturday my esa50 arrived and it is the new one with the cancer page at the back and /13 in the bottom corner, I note some changes in the form. I kept a copy of my last one ( I was put into the support group) . I have photocopied all new evidence including origional. when filling in the form are there any "danger areas" I should ne aware of with word changes. My deadline is March 5th so am keen to crack on. Also is it the case that once in the support group the onus is on ATOS/DWP to prove you should no longer be in that group.

Steve is hoping to have the final update to the ESA Guides available this week, they already reflect the changes in the Regulations, but not the descriptors and the new ESA50.
You can read a summary of the changes on the following link.
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/news/2203-esa-...al-test-change-chaos
The Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire has been updated to link to the new ESA50.
If you have any specific questions, while waiting for the new guides, please reply to this topic.
