Re: IB to CB ESA SG., I was told that my payments would be frozen until the 'others caught up'!!!!!!!!!
I assume the only way I can determine what 'the others' receive, is by looking at April 2013 increases? And yes of course, they migrated me days before the largest increase 2011/2012. Being placed in the SG made no difference to my payments, they have remained static at
the same as when I was on IB, (although DWP are creative with their breakdown of
payment on the paperwork).

In principle yes, but you should receive an annual statement of what your payments will be and how they are made up.

I received my April uprate letter today. I am in SG and will receive £106.50 ESA (CB) BUT where it usually says £10 payable as Christmas bonus in December this time it says £00.00.
My award is until the end of February 2014 - so surely I will still qualify for the £10?
Thanks

Because the Christmas Bonus is dependant on you being in receipt of an eligible benefit during a particular week, usually the first week of December, it will not be included on any statement until then. Even though your claim may not be re-assessed until next year, it is still classed as a future event, and you will not be classed as qualifying until you actually qualify.

Where on your letter does it give date of 2014?.
My husband just received letter today saying he has been transferred to ESA Support Group from IB without even a medical, great, but no date is mentioned. Just says" your illness restricts the possibility of working."
He retires in 2 years so I assume this will cover him until then.
