Hi Everyone can you help me please my son gets CB ESA if after 365 days he is transferred to IR ESA I know this is means tested. He lives with us his parents as he has mental problems and learning difficulties, we are pensioners. Would our pensions be taken into account for his income or just his own which the only other income he has is his DLA? Any help please

It's hard to give a definitive answer here.
DLA is not counted in "The Means Test" for IR ESA, but all "Household Income" is, as well as capital, assets and savings.
You would need to get some face to face advice where the adviser would have access to all your financial and personal details, which is obviously not possible on an open forum.
It is probable that your son would have to fill in an ESA3, so that his financial situation could be assessed to see whether he is eligible for payment of IR ESA, see :
