Will i still get this assuming with ESA and one more query having read other posts, if your put in the Support Group is there still 365 days CB then IR ESA?
Also I dont at the present time pay tax on my IB as it was paid before they started taxing benefits will I still get ESA untaxed do u think?

Hi tb,

Looks like our posts crossed.

In response to the above queries, see :

My IB was tax exempt; will it still be under ESA? , regarding Tax.

Further, under Transitional Protection rules, if you are successfully transferred to ESA, you will receive no less than what your are receiving prior to the transfer, see :

What will I be paid? , from our : IB, IS, SDA, Migration to ESA FAQ’s

If you are placed into the SG, there is no 365 days limit to payment for as long as you are in the SG, whether it be IR ESA or CB ESA.

There is also no 365 days limit to payment if any part of your ESA is IR ESA, no matter which group you are in. There is a 365 day limit to payment of CB ESA only, if in The WRAG, see :

12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)
