The law has been changed so that you can only score points in the physical section if you have a physical condition and points in the Mental Health section if you have a mental health condition. However, as far as we are aware there is no definitive source within the DWP that defines a condition as physical, mental or a combination of the two, so our advice is to complete the form as before, in as much detail as possible and answering all of the questions that you think apply.
