Is ESA frozen if you are in Support Group

I see from your previous posts that you were transferred from IB, if you are receiving a Transitional Payment because your IB was paid at a higher rate than ESA, then although you will receive the annual ESA increase, this will be matched by an identical decrease in your Transitional Payment, resulting in your overall payment staying the same. This will continue to be the case until the Transitional Payment is completely eroded or until April 2020 whichever is sooner.
