You don't actually say what your query is (unless I am being more than usually dim today!). Assuming that you want to know whether your pension will be disregarded, you might find your answer here
Will my pension be disregarded under ESA?

That was the reason for my original post to be prepared. The point I was trying to make was will their be any difference to my benefits if there has been no changes to the circumstance's they have always had for me.

john fulton wrote: Hi sorry last posting was vague I have received a letter from Jobcentre requiring me to attend an interview with no explanation as to why. I contacted them by phone and after telling them that I would like an explanation for the request. Eventually they said it was because I received a occupational pension I told him that I have always informed them of this for as long as I have been on IB. He still insisted that I attend a head to head meeting until I informed him I was disabled and receive the highest rates of DLA for Mobility & Care component that he then said Seeing your last visit was in 2002will cancel your appointment and arrange for someone to contact me regarding a home visit.
