Hi J,
What specifically is it that you wish to know ?, as the links that I have provided have all the information that you would need in being migrated over to ESA.
If I can, I will draw reference to the specific extract or answer that you are looking for.

I was looking for details on how the assessment will be conducted - what they will ask me etc, etc, and the only thing I am finding is a listing of all the question which I have already answered on the form - is that what will happen.
I read somewhere the other day that someone was thanking this site for the information because all the questions they were asked at the assessment were what this site had told them.
I also fall into the form change situation and do not know how/if that will affect my assessment. The form was sent on 27th December and because I did not photocopy the pages with my name address etc I do not know which form it was.
Thank you

I had to wait 5 hours at the Atos centre for my appointment so I would advise taking something to eat, read and watch (on your mobile etc.)
I hope they let you through and you can relax in peace until your retirement.
