Hi Andrew,

Even people on indefinite DLA can be reviewed under the Right Payment Program. Claimants can be selected randomly or, as you suggest, this can follow some sort of 'tip off'

Hi Andrew

We had one of these in December for my Mum who was also on an indefinate award and had been for 10 years.

We filled it in and then got a letter to say they were contacting her GP.

A few weeks later we had to fill in a 30 odd page form, DLA556 "Looking at you claim again".

I filled it in to the best of my ability and with the invaluable help of the guides from this forum.

We got a letter in early Februaury to say nothing was changing and my mum would continue to receive the rates she is currently getting.

Even indefinate awards are subject to periodical reviews now.
