I have received the dreaded ' letter' e back to work. They have phoned me and told me I would have to fill in the questionnaire. I told her that 3 years ago I have been awarded high rate for care and Mobility ' indefinately'. I also said I received 2 hours care everyday . At the end of our conversation she said she couldn't see any reason why I wouldn't be called for the back top work' interview. I am in such a state , I just can't think what to do

I am not entirely sure what you are asking but let me explain the process.
You are being sent an ESA50 questionnaire, you need to complete this in detail and return it by the date stated on the accompanying letter.
When you have returned the form, ATOS will review it and any accompanying evidence to see whether they need to carry out a face to face assessment, if they do they will contact you with an appointment, if they do not, then your file is returned to the DWP for them to make a Decision on your claim. You cannot be found Fit for Work without a f2f.
Your DLA will not exempt you from a f2f, but it should be treated as evidence in the consideration stage.
Please have a look at our ESA Claim guides on the following link

Good luck

Gordon has given very good clear path as to the process that follows, yes I agree it is all scarey right now ... but, when the ESA50 arrives (it wont bite) have a slow read through it not to much at once a few questions at a time then have a break.
Once you have read it through make a "DRAFT" copy on paper of your answers before finally filling in the ESA50, as often when you read back what you have written it can be re-phrased or sometimes added to in order to be more affective when read the other end by atos.
One thing I do reccomend is that you become a member of B&W as the guides re: filling in the ESA50 are well worth having and are written by knowledgable people.
Dont forget the return date has a time limit on it 28 days from date on the award letter, having said that mine was nearly a week late arriving to me from the letter date, just bear the letter date in mind.
Good Luck. Derek.

As Gordon says, your post is not absolutely clear with regards to your query.
Just in case it is regarding having to attend WFI's if you are in The WRAG, see the following FAQ's :
Work Focussed Interviews
Work Programme
Changes to ESA Sanctions
To reiterate Gordon, please re-post here if you have any further queries.
