If you are currently in receipt of IB, IS or SDA as well as DLA, you may wish to have a look at :

IB, IS, SDA, Migration to ESA FAQ’s Even if it was a fresh claim for ESA, and not a transfer, being in receipt of either component of DLA, at any rate, does not give exemption from the ESA WCA either.
