Hello
Just a quick update. The DWP have replied to my reminder for the access request for all documentation(SAR?). They deny receipt of the first letter and have sent forms for me to fill in and return. Is this normal?

It is not usual but it does happen.
The forms are usually used when there is no definitive list of documents to be produced, I do not know whether your reminder included the original request.

Just received a letter from the DWP to say under reconsideration before an appeal that I have been placed in the support group. Not sure yet of all the details but it is a huge relief.
I will carry on with the SAR request just to know what info was used.
Can't thank you enough for your time and patience.
