No problem Gordon,i appreciate JC have their own communications problems,it took 5 months for an internal email to be responded to re mortgage interest etc and to be fair my JC lady interviewer has been more helpful on occasions than i expected,at least i can blame my medication for any mistakes, speaking of which i'm just in the process of giving my daughter 3rd party access to my DWP records and post(subject access request) to make sure i don't miss anything as its getting a bit on top of myself, any pitfalls or probs with this that you informed guys are aware of at all?

I am not aware of any, but would warn you that it can be distressing for someone else to see how you are affected by your conditions in black and white, for want of a better phrase, it makes it real when perhaps they might hope that it is still a mistake.
