Online DLA Form

I found the ESA form much easier to complete online rather than using a pen - so if there is a form online to do my DLA renewal, i'd very much like to use it if someone can point me in the right direction please?

I am afraid all of the adult DLA forms have been removed by the DWP due to the introduction of PIP.

You can write the bits that would be in the comments box on the computer and then hand write a link to them on the form, just make sure that there is a clear to/from link on each section on the form and the extra pages and that each page has your name, date of birth and National Insurance Number.
