From What Date does your time limit run

November 6th 2012 I had a F2F.

I received a letter in January 2013 placing me in the Support Group for 12 months.

My question is from which of these dates does the 12 months go from?

It should run from the active date of the decision itself, not the date of the F2F.

The time period starts from the date of the decision. As forms are being sent out a few months ahead of time, I'm afraid that your will be due soon. However, DWP/ATOS are very backlogged at the moment so you might find that there is a delay - your ESA will continue to be paid until a new decision is made.

Had a check back at my reward letter.

The date of the letter was 10th January 2013.

It stated that they would pay me ESA from 25th January 2013 (I was on IB prior to this).

Which of the two dates in January would be considered the 'Decision' date?
