Disabled People Against Cuts (DPAC) have launched a survey to try to find out the truth about how Maximus are performing now that they have taken over the work capability assessment from Atos.

DPAC have been at the forefront of the fight against benefits cuts and are one of the few organisations to regularly organise street protests against new measures that threaten the wellbeing of sick and disabled claimants.

The survey is completely anonymous, though you can give your contact details if you choose to allow DPAC to follow up your responses. It looks at issues such as when and whether you were sent an ESA50 form, what sort of assessment you had, whether you asked for it to be recorded and how it compared to an Atos assessment - if you have had one in the past.

DPAC plan to produce a report on their findings once all the results are in.

The survey is available via Suvey Monkey, but you can also get it in different formats by contacting This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
