If there is still no sign of it having been added to either of these benefits, who should I contact? The DLA office or the Job centre plus that deals with our ESA?
I would start with the DWP office that deals with your ESA claim normally and then depending on the answer, contact the DLA unit.

Our xmas bonus didn't arrive so I rang them on 23rd Dec. They said it was an admin error and it would be in our account on xmas eve, which it was.
However our next IR ESA was due 2nd Jan 14,but wasn't paid, so rang again, they said it was because a manual payment had been made on 23rd Dec (the xmas bonus, which showed on our statement as JSA) and our ESA would no be paid till Monday 6th.
I asked would it be paid on on Monday from now on.
No just this time then it will go back to Thursday.
So because our account went overdrawn because of this and direct debits went out, we have racked up £76 charges, so the call to get the £10 we were entitled to cost us dearly, so wish we had never bothered.
But nothing we can do now

I would contact the DWP again, it may be possible for you to get compensation for the Bank Charges which, from your post, were a direct result of the DWP failing to pay you on time, the fact that their system cannot cope with two payments is their issue, not yours.
You may need to make a formal complaint.
Complaining to the DWP
