csnt make new claim for esa was created by intrested
Hi again
My son as you know has been put back on the sick by his doctor after he done a period of training which ened due to his sickness, but job center told my son he cant go back on sick with same condion as before , he also has an appeal coming up from last year .

They are wrong, however, there can be problems in making a new claim after a Fit for Work Decision, but these should not apply as your son closed his claim.
If the DWP continue to refuse to accept a new claim then I would ask for the matter to be escalated to a manager, this usually requires a call back, if they refuse then you should ask for the specific Regulations that are preventing this new claim and come back to us, but I do not expect you to need to.

His doctor allso gave him a letter to say it was because of his existing condion he had to leave training, would it be worth while taking the letter to his appeal

I can't see why not.
I am sure you have already got one, but he does need a Fit Note for his new claim, the letter is unlikely to be accepted for this purpose.
