IB to ESA how long should I be waiting to be notif was created by cal

Hi, I had to return my ESA50 in October 2013 which I did by special delivery. I have not heard anything yet. Should I be concerned or should I do something. It has obviously been received otherwise I would have been notified of failure to return it I suspect.

Hi cal,

Both DWP and ATOS have built up huge nbacklogs, we are hearing of people who have waited upwards of 8 months to hear anything after submitting their ESA50 forms! if the forms had not been recieved in time then it is likely that your benefit would have been stopped.
