  			 				Hi B&W,

Thanks to your great site which I am so happy I subscribed to, I had my tribunal hearing for ESA on Friday 28/03/14 and won and put in the WRA component, after a 15 month of agonizing hell. My question is as I am a bit confused.
1 - does that mean the wrag, if that is the case when do the WFI starts as the Tribunal recommended that the DWP does not reassess me within the 18 months from the date of the hearing.
2 - do I still to provide fit notes ?

Thanks in advance

Congratulations on the result.

1. If you are now in the WRAG then you should expect to be called for WFI and/or Work Related Activity as soon as the DWP have processed the Tribunal result.

2. You are not officially in the WRAG until the DWP have processed the result, further the ESA payment system automatically suspends payment if there is not an active Fit Note on file, so you should continue sending them until the DWP confirm that you are in the WRAG.
