I just want to thank everyone at B&W for your wonderful guides.

I have been awarded ESA Support Group without a medical for 3 years!!

I went through ESA50 with a former social worker friend using your ESA guide. As many people have said, it is very hard, stressful and humbling to have to face our difficulties head on because many of us don't let on how bad the situation is. I've practically because a recluse. I submitted the ESA50 mid-October and got the decision letter last week. Timeline from original telephone claim - 3 months 2 days.

My ESA85A (medical report) states that the decision was reached based on the ESA50, attached letters from medical professionals and my fit note. Thank you for your advice to attach as much relevant information as possible.

I cried when I read both the decision letter and the comments in the ESA85A.
