hi can anyone tell me if this okay when i send a letter to dla and esa change of address

Dear Sir/madam
i would like to inform you of my change of address my current address is

i am moving to
ssssss

i will be moving on the 11th may 2015 as this is when my tennency starts at my new address

Sounds fine.

Make sure you include your full name and National Insurance number and if you can afford it, send it by a tracked post and retain the certificate and a screenshot showing delivery for your records.

The letter needs to be sent to all of the DWP departments and other agencies that you receive benefits from.
