payment pip fiasco! was created by ubique
just when one thought nothing else could go wrong :( it did, having won my appeal i was waiting for the back payment to be in my bank account .i recieved a letter from dwp stating it had been processed on such &such date this was on 20 may and i thought wow i will check my bank account, shock horror no payment!
after ringing pip/dwp i was told the payment had been returned as wrong bank details were entered at their end, this was corrected over the phone and thought ok give and take again, until 2 june still no payment phoned dwp /pip again where again i was told it was still not resent as it needed proper authorization, now waiting on the so called urgent phone call call back within 5 working days from the case manager to explain and hopefully tell me it has been resent
why does it take one person to change the lightbulb but 10 to carry the ladder. :woohoo:
and a question if anyone can help with,is it possible to comunicate via email with them rather than phone calls?
regards

hi yet again, can anyone tell me what the official complaints procedure is when dealing with pip?asking due to the fact i phoned them up again today 2 weeks from the first phone call and 5 calls later and nothing has been done to solve the problem they have caused ,all my calls i was told were put as urgent to sort my problem out it seems to have made it even slower so i wish to make an official complaint against pip for their incompetence in getting this problem sorted asap!
thanks :S
