PIP Assessment last February. Things have changed

Hi, am new to the forum so please tell me if I get a bit lost on here. Basically, what I need to know is if I should get back in touch with dwp because my circumstances have changed. I'm a bit worried about it in case they drop my PIP altogether. I wasn't too pleased with the results from the assessment even though I got standard rate daily living and mobility because I thought the assessor did not take me seriously about my forgetfulness and she just told me to get an alziemers test. I got the impression that because she suffered from the same illness as me, fibromyalgia, and she worked then I should too. But everyones illness is personal to them. Anyway at the time I was assessed for fibromyalgia and asthma and mild arrythmia. Since then the fibro has got worse and am on much stronger meds, I've had mri and have 2 bulging discs top and bottom of spine, been diagnosed with essential tremor and am under the care of the memory clinic, still having tests but looks like moderate cognitive impairment due to a tbi a couple of years ago. Will I need another assessment or will they just accept new info. The thought of going through assessment again is stressing me out and putting me off.

It's not clear from your posts whether the limitations that result from your conditions have changed, as it is these that are assessed?

If you limitations have reduced then you must inform the DWP and this will result in a re-assessment of your claim.

If your limitations are worse then you need to consider whether they are now sufficiently bad that you would meet the criteria for an Enhanced award, there is little point your reporting a Change if you do not. This will again result in a re-assessment of your claim.

I'm definately more limited now, I daren't go out on my own anymore for fear of blacking out, or getting confused and lost. Also, I can't cook because I forget to switch cooker off, burn things etc. Maybe I should ask my doc what she thinks? Thanks for the swift response. :)
