Going for work assessment tomorrow

I don't know if anyone can help me.
I have CFS/ME/Fibromyalgia/Anxiety and depression/PTSD/chronic migraines.
I filled in the ESA form and need an assessment for work tomorrow.
I was discharged from my job in the NHS on capability grounds.
I have been asked to attend for a work capability assessment tomorrow.
I have looked in the memebers guide at all of the documents, particularly all those that relate to me. How do i use this information tomorrow. Is there a "how to" section on this site to direct what I should or should not say tomorrow.
Sorry this is short notice.
Thankyou for your time and consideration
Ps I am not very computer literate and get lost and confused very easily.

If you have a look at the ESA Claim guides, there is a section at the back that covers the questions you are likely to be asked.
As a general rule, make sure you understand the question being asked, you'll see that most have no direct connection to the ESA Descriptors, the assessor will be looking for you to answer yes or no whenever they can so you might want to consider reversing the obvious answer, so as an example; they may ask "can you make a cup of tea?" You may be able to do this some of the time, but rather than answering yes, you could say, "no, I can only do this under these circumstances".
Hope this helps and good luck for tomorrow.
