This is fairly common when DWP ESA have to make a manual payment for "whatever" reason,

If it helps put your mind at rest, this happened to me some time back. There was a problem with the automated system that transferred ESA payments, so the DWP made a payment manually - which showed up on my bank statement as JSA.
