It's certainly not usual for the PA1 to be set and the PA7 most certainly should not have been (where there is one), you might want to make a formal complaint about this as it is a very serious matter.
Complaining to the DWP
I wouldn't draw too many conclusions from the 5 minute review time, much of the assessment is done as the assessor types on their PC, it's certainly not enough on it's own to challenge the report.
You say you are undergoing a new assessment, please make sure you use the current PIP guides, there have been some updates to the associated guidance recently, particularly for Mobility, that you may need to be aware of.

I didn't need to complain last time because I scored highly - although I did have a professional support worker with me as a witness to everything. LIke others have commented though, my report was still highly inaccurate - but not worth the personal health costs of me complaining to ATOS about.
This time I have been sent an appointment that is over two and a half hours away by public transport. When my daughter tried to get this change she was told that the only appointments available were also at centres that would have required the same time to get to and they were trying to insist I accept one of these. The nearest ones being offered were 40 miles away that would be - £160 for the return trip. I live rurally, so there isn't actually any public transport to take - I would have to walk two miles to the nearest bus, then take two buses, a train and another bus minimum. I used a route planner that worked it all out for me:
www.travelinesw.com/swe/XSLT_TRIP_REQUES...age=en&timeOffset=15
so can prove this. I am in receipt of enhanced rate mobility but there are other reasons I should have a home assessment. The last ATOS assessor has even made this recommendation in the P4. All of the info was documented in my PIP reassessment claim, so that is why I was wondering whether I will be able to eventually see the time that was spent on initially reviewing it. Together with the previous ATOS report and current evidence there is really enough there for a paper review. but at the very least I should have been offered a home assessment this time. The P7 documents how 'difficult' she found conducting the assessment and how I was unable to cope with it (she cut it short - but this is not documented).
Anyway, my daughter has managed to get a manager to speak to her and is pushing them for a home visit - and we may get one if they relook at all the evidence. If not, I will be involving my MP. According to the travel planner even my nearest assessment centre would take me about 2 hours to get to and include 2 miles of walking en route (but it is 12 miles away - about £50 for a return taxi).
I'll let you know how it all goes.
The P7 shows quite clearly that the physiotherapist had no understanding of autism.

Hi S,
It does not matter what ATOS "Say", they cannot compel you to travel to an assessment centre that would take 90 minutes or more either way by public transport.
Complain to you M.P. and tell ATOS that you are going to do so :
Contacting your MP
