Cruella wrote: Thank you. I have a total of 50 A4 sides, this includes many earlier old years but it does have useful detail on my physical problems where there is no detail in recent years. This old stuff consultants at hospitals refer to not being able to use public transport and pain on walking which is not in recent medical history (recent medical history refers to two worded condition in GPs basic notes and that's it). Do you think 50 sides , which covers several disabling conditions, is a ridiculous amount of evidence to send in?
Hi Cruella,
It is certainly not the most information I have heard of a claimant sending! If this is what you believe you need to support your claim then this is what you send. DWP cannot consider what you have not sent in!

Cruella wrote: Thank you, I wrote before how I was concerned that an xray/scan years ago showed nothing wrong and consultants referred to this in letters. However they accepted my symptoms and later I got a letter from a consultant explaining that the xray/scans do not always show damage in patients. I am thinking of attaching this letter saying that the xray/scan are not 100 percent accurate to the letters that say no damage because these letters saying no damage seen on xray/scan I want to use cos they have other details in them that is useful. What do you think, put a copy of the letter saying xray/scan not 100 percent accurate in front of each letter?
I think you need to be cautious in doing this less you undermine the whole report. It's a decision only you can make.
