I have noticed though that he has put I can no longer walk anymore then 50 metres but it is actually 20 metres. Can I correct this at my tribunal please Gordon? I am that dosed up on medication for pain that I can't think straight and in all honestly I don't even know how far this is, all I know is that I am in agony when I hit the end of my drive which is not too far from my front door. I really need the enhanced award as to afford to use this to help me get better, thanks Gordon.
I would correct the error now by writing a letter to the Tribunal panel, that way you can explain how the error occurred and also explain why you cannot reliably, on the majority of days walk more than 20m. If you leave it until the hearing then you will always be playing catch up and it would be easy to forget all of the reasons why you are limited to this distance.

I would not try to over think it, when I went to my Tribunal I spent days preparing the answers I wanted to give, only they did not ask the questions I thought they would so all of my work was for nothing.
The best thing that you can do is go through your PIP2 and other evidence, the panel will be looking at the consistency of your answers as well as the detail of them, so think about how a problem with one activity might lead to a problem with another, Think about the causes of your problems and how they manifest themselves, so if you have problems with your hands; what causes this? Is it just pain or does it restrict function? How does the pain restrict what you can do, does gripping hurt? Is it large or small objects? What about a tight grip versus a loose one?
I hope you get the idea.

Some-one from 'Patient' forum pointed out to me that as i am in the Support Group it is law that I have a PIP award! Is this true please Gordon? If so I guess I already have a head-start with the panel at my hearing on Thursday!!
Thanks Gordon as always!
