Still waiting

Do you think I should make a regular call as I have read that often people do not receive their entitlement letter only the payment?
Thank you.

If they have asked for your bank details then this would be because they have accepted the Tribunal Decision and are now implementing it.
Back payments are usually done as a manual payment to you account and usually take only a few days to complete, the paperwork associated with the award can often take longer to produce.
I'd wait until Monday of next week before you contact them again and would check your bank account over the weekend.

Firstly, does anyone have an idea of how long it takes to get an appeal date please, and secondly how long does it take for the DWP to send me all the paper work they have about me for my claim. It has been several weeks now, we are so very lucky and I have a representative from a local disability organisation, but he is very busy and I don't want to keep bothering him.
Thanks in advance
Hi mm,
You don't say what benefit you are appealing, but looking back on your numerous PIP related topics which I will now merge with this one, I assume it's PIP !
The Tribunal should acknowledge acceptance of your appeal with 28 days.
It may then take a further 8-10 weeks for a hearing.
Once the Tribunal (TS) have accepted your appeal they will inform DWP.
DWP will then forward all documentations used in making the original adverse decision and at MR to The TS.
The TS will then forward copy of this in the form of an "Evidence Pack"/Bundle to you.
Once it is in the hands of The TS, all correspondence from either party, (You/DWP) should be sent to them.
They will then ensure that all 3 parties, You/DWP/TS have exactly the same information.

Most appeals are being heard within 2-3 months.
The DWP have one month to send the information, if you have been waiting a couple of weeks then then may be having problems resourcing their reply and it is possible that they will miss the deadline, the usual TS response is to extend the deadline at least once, so you might want to start creating your case now so that all you have to do when the DWP paperwork arrives is make minor changes.
