If you have sent them before as part of this assessment then you do not need to send them again, if they have not been sent then you need to consider what you are trying to prove with this information remembering that the Decision Maker is not medically trained although they will have access to medical advice?
You need to remember that this is medical evidence, it may directly show limitations that are applicable to the ESA Descriptors, it may imply limitations which will require acceptance that they are valid, but is also possible that there will be no direct correlation. Only you can decide which of these are applicable to each piece of evidence.

It would be unusual for them to look at a previous claim form, but they do have the facility to do this. Why they might do this will depend on what the "question" was.
