Yes you can include your disagreements with the assessment report, although I would recommend you only fight battles that contribute to your scoring points. It does not matter how much you show the assessment report to be inaccurate, you will only receive an award by showing that you meet the criteria for one.
I would write a short covering letter, this will allow you to document all of the information that you are enclosing so that there is a written record.

No, not if that is all that is written.
To be most useful a letter should relate to the ESA descriptors and state how and why you meet them. If you cannot get that, your GP should explain the condition from which you suffer and the problems that is likely to cause.

I went to the tribunal last week and won the appeal. I have been put in the support group for 12 months and i don't know what that means. My money has been reduced. They are not including the severely disabled amount of £61.85. When i q

I went for the tribunal last week and won the appeal. i have been placed in the support group for 12 months which I don't understand, before the appeal i was in the support group too. However they have reduced my payment. Esa are not paying the severe disabled amount of £61.85. They said because i have a 20 year old living with me, my son is a full time university student.. Up until the medical assessment was done I was being paid the severe payment. How has this changed after the appeal.
Please advise.

Not sure if you completed your post?
The Support Group is the higher of the two ESA groups, so well done.
It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, you might want to give them a call to check that they have received the Decision Notice.
If you were receiving the ESA Assessment rate then this should have included the Severe Disability Premium, if you are eligible for this, you may need to your appeal result is sorted out.
