Enhanced PIP but no Blue badge argue with Judge?? was created by Woof
Have received enhanced mobility decision by Judge but insufficient points given (4) for blue badge which I need due to pain walking; GP evidence stated cannot walk more than 50 metres when that was criteria (e). Should I challenge this or give up; where do I find a solicitor to write to the judge for me?

If your award was decided by a Tribunal Panel then you can only challenge the Decision further if you can show that there has been an Error of Law in the making of the Decision
What is an Error of Law?
The first stage to you doing this would be for you to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge of your hearing
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons
However this will not help you in the short term, even if your think that there was an Error then it often takes as much as a year for a UTT appeal to be resolved.
You also need to be aware that the DWP will also receive a copy of the SoR allowing them to also challenge your current award and perhaps preventing payment,
In regard to the Blue Badge, you can make a request for one directly to your Local Authority, they have there own criteria for award which should be much more in line with the old DLA criteria and may be covered by your GP letter.
