ESA 50 - when is it sent? was created by Steven Renwick
Hi Mrs Hurtyback
Please forgive me if this question has been answered loads of time and I may appear a bit dim
but RELIABLY is the most important word when filling in PIP forms the help thingy says but do you actually use RELIABLY(The word) in a sentence that you are using to explain something ??
Because I am finding it a bit difficult to actually get it in a sentence that looks like it makes sense .
I am just about to start to fill PIP in and there seems to bits that contradict each other.Thanks in advance for your help .
Thanks Steve

I have moved your post to it's own topic, it's not fair on the original poster to put your questions in their topic, especially when it is not even for the same benefit, it can lead to the wrong advice being give or taken
Although PIP uses the word "reliably" extensively it does not actually appear in the legislation, rather the four phrases that it represents do;
Reliably
• Safely – in a fashion that is unlikely to cause harm to themselves or to another person.
• To a necessary and appropriate standard – given the nature of the activity.
• Repeatedly – as often as is reasonably required.
• In a timely manner – in a reasonable time period.
So you might say
I cannot reliably walk more than 20m this is because I cannot complete the distance in less than twice the time that a healthy person would, this is due to my...
