Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
Everyone on ESA will be reassessed periodically. It is entirely at the discretion of the assessor as to whether the claimant needs to attend a face2face assessment.
Have you recently filled in an ESA50 form? If not you should read this FAQ
Invited to a face to face assessment but no ESA50 sent
If you have already submitted supporting documents, for this reassessment, you will not have to do so again. If these documents have not already been submitted then you should take them to the appointment and ask the assessor to read before they start.
May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? This will allow you to return with further questions or comments about your ESA without having to start a new topic each time. It helps us enormously when everything relating to the same claim is kept to one topic - and I hope you will find it useful too

Hi
I've already sent the form off ages ago
I would be greatfull if you could respond to my three questions rather than an automated response

I have answered your first 2 questions.
As for the third - if you should be placed in the WRAG ( or found 'fit for work') this time your first step would have to be a Mandatory Reconsideration, then you could go to appeal if the original decision was not overturned.
