Housing & council tax benefit was created by Loobyloo97

Hi guys
I am a disabled single mom on high rate dla care and mobility & full housing benefit. My daughter is about to go into full time employment in a gap year before starting university. Has anyone any idea how this is going to affect my housing and council tax benefit please? Thank you in advance for any advice x

If you are in receipt of DLA care or PIP daily living components, under Housing Benefits Regulations 2006 Reg 74, 6B they cannot make any deductions for non dependants that live with you
