Still, will have to try get further letter from Dr. then. My sister normally deals with all this but she is away with her family at the minute. Mum is fast asleep!
Update you next week.

Mum's Dr. says he doesn't need to write/add anything further to her notes for home visit. He said just send his letter and the up-to date medical evidence a.s.a.p. He said they will call him if they need any more info.?
Is this OK?
Thanks in advance.

The claimant's GP is only contacted in around 25% of claims. However, you cannot physically force your GP to write more than they want to, we will have to hope for the best.

Sister confirms Mum was transferred to ESA since 2013 and has only ever been assessed on paperwork.
How do I address this further info for Chdwa and who to?
Thanks in advance.

Sent all new further medical evidence to Maximus and DWP on 3/10/16 on Mum's behalf.
Also sent cover letter explaining that Mum received new ESA Support Group (contribution) Award in April 2016 (paper based) after returning the required new ESA50 questionnaire in March 2016.
This undue stress has all taken it's toll on Mum and she has been suffering serious relapses with her health conditions.
We have not heard anything back. Beginning to think that this is a
(maladministration error) harassment complaint?
Please advise.
Many thanks
