It's your form, but it is important to understand that an SG award can only be made if you have shown that you continue to meet the criteria so you might want to include why you should still be in the group.

It's fine to include this but be aware that the ESA mobility test is not just a walking test it also considers your ability to self-propel a manual wheelchair over the same distances, you do not need to be using a wheelchair or even to own one for it to be considered. SO even if you can show your walking is restricted, unless you can also show that you cannot self-propel the wheelchair you will still not score points.

Hi Everyone
Well just about there with the form (i think), i am sending a substantial amount of medical evidence from my specialists to support my claim, however the letter from my doctor might not be ready by tomorrow when i plan on posting everything via royal mail special delivery, just to make sure they have it by the deadline of the 20th October,
Can you help please, should i post what i have as planned and then post the doctors letter seperately, or wait that extra day or so for the doctors letter and then send everything, or just forget about the docs letter and send what i have, sorry head a bit all over.

Well, today is only the 12th so waiting until tomorrow for the letter should still give you a good few days for the claim to arrive, even taking the weekend into account. If the worst came to the worst, you could send the form guaranteed next day delivery.

Just me panicking/anxious that they would say they needed a few days to read it all before the deadline of 20th if that makes sense.
Do you have any idea how long it is taking to hear from them once you have sent it back.

The form just needs to be logged onto the system by the deadline, it does not need to have been read through!
There is some variability but most people seem to hear something within a few weeks.
