I was wondering if there were any major changes in ESA since 2013, I have read the January 2016 guide and don't see any changes. I was going to copy my 2013 answers on to this form as my conditions have not changed and get up to date medical letters from my GP and Consultant and enclose those also. Do you think this would be ok?

There have been no changes to the ESA Descriptors and Regulations since you were last assessed but there have been some updates to the DWP guidance, in particular for Regulations 29 and 35.

Even though your conditions have not changed and the ESA criteria remains the same I would advise you to look at your previous answers in conjunction with the current Claim guides to make sure that you are providing the best answers that you can.

As it has been three years since you were last assessed any evidence that dates from this time will not carry much weight unless you can clearly show that it still applies something that you may not have done on your last form.
