I think you need to wait for the DWP to confirm that they have all the information they need to make a Decision and that no face to face is required and then you should be able to get a copy of the report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.

I've no reason to believe that you will now be asked to attend an assessment, but until the DWP have received the report there is still the option for one to be required.
You can phone or write, just ask for the assessment report.

No you're fine, it's just that we have seen assessors making statements about the process that they were never authorised to do and their "decision" being overridden by their manager.
